The Trendscan.ai app does not collect, store, transmit, share, or sell any personal data or device data.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Name, email, phone number, or account information
  • Location data
  • Contacts, photos, camera or microphone content
  • Device identifiers (including IDFA/Advertising ID)
  • Analytics, crash reports, diagnostics, or usage data
  • Purchase history or payment details (the app does not process payments)

Data Stored on Your Device

If the app saves preferences (such as settings), they remain on your device only. Trendscan does not access or upload them.

If you tap a link that opens a website or third-party service, that third party’s privacy practices apply. Trendscan is not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

If we ever change this policy (for example, if the app’s functionality changes), we will update this page and the effective date.
